At Kairos Consultancy, we bring together design, planning, sourcing and execution for hospitality and commercial spaces. Our capabilities include interior design, commercial kitchen planning, workflow development, equipment procurement, custom fabrication and civil works coordination.
Led by Parth Bharadwaj, Kairos takes a hands-on approach, connecting design decisions with the practical requirements of sourcing, construction and installation. Clients can engage us for a specific assignment or a complete turnkey project, with our responsibilities clearly defined within the agreed scope.
Whether we are equipping a kitchen, transforming an interior or coordinating a complete fit-out, our focus remains consistent: thoughtful design, practical functionality and careful execution.

My background in hospitality and marketing shapes how I approach each project: understanding the business, considering the guest experience and recognising the practical needs of the people working behind the scenes.

My professional experience with Hilton, Hyatt, Marriott and Taj Hotels has informed my understanding of hospitality environments and the demands of day-to-day operations.
At Kairos Consultancy, I bring that perspective to design, planning, sourcing and execution. I work closely with clients to understand their priorities and develop spaces that support both their operations and their business objectives.
